Faulty Headrest Buttons

I don't know if this has been brought up before, but the rear headrest buttons on my 09 TL have both popped out and were lost.

The guy at the service counter told me there was a service bulletin for this, but I still had to insist that they replace them for free.

Just another "hush-hush" bulletin!

The ones on my rear seat have the same problem. If there is a service bulletin for this, it would be great to know.

Mine has the same problem. Haven't replaced them, yet but I think they're pretty inexpensive.

I don't recall the #, but there definitely is a SB on this. I found it earlier this year when I bought my 2010 TL. I had a button missing and it was fixed for free. There was a thread on accessing all SBs but I think the links are no longer working.

Google search: acura tl service bulletin 10-015. I can upload PDF later as I am on tablet.
