You will probably need to run 215 tires and -4° camber to correct the +15....which is not even near the correct offset.

That depends on your personal taste. If you want the wheel to fit properly without stupid camber or rubberband tire sizes, you need to stay around the +35 to +45 offset. A lot of guys choose an 8 to 9" wheel with +35 to +45 and can make it work well. I personally run 18 x 9.5 +40 with a 265 tire, but that's the look I like, WIDE. Others choose a smaller wheel width and a skinnier tire with more offset because they like the deep dish wheel look.

That's your wheel sticking out from your fender an inch. That's stupidity. If you hit a pot hole the tire will impact the fender or quarter panel.
