Tein Street Basis vs Street Advance

Tein Street Basis vs Street Advance
Doing some reading about these two setups, and I wanted to see what the owners of these setups have to say. I have an 05 TL base with 121k so I know changing things will give a different ride. I dont think it rides bad now, but Im looking to maintain a nice ride especially on highway trips with passengers. Lowering the car some for improved visual is second concern AFTER comfort. I dont want the car lowered and its bouncy and terrible...
Are there other setups that I should consider possibly aside from either of these?

The Street Advance and Street Basis are almost identical. The only difference is that the Street Advance has shock bodies that allow for adjustable damping. This means you can soften or stiffen the ride based on your preference. They are both a great entry level coilover if you want something for daily driving or to get a slightly more aggressive look. You could also stiffen up the Street Advance if you do the occasional Autocross or Track day.
If you want to lower the car more than 1.5", I recommend upgrading to the Street Flex or our XLR8 ISC coilovers. These models have separately adjustable spring preloads which will allow you to lower the car significantly without completely sacrificing ride quality. We are having clearance pricing on our XLR8 ISC coilovers for $799 not including shipping. Use Promo Code XLR8ISC at checkout:
