Megan racing street coils vs Megan Racing EZ Street vs Tein basis vs F&F Type 1
What is the major difference between these 4 brands?
What is included in each package?
Which is the lowest set up?
Here are links to each kit.

http://www.redline360.com/megan-raci...MR-CDK-HA03-EZ
http://www.frsport.com/Tein-GSA80-1U...8_p_28189.html
http://www.jhpusa.com/store/pc/viewP...idproduct=3836
ANY help would be greatly appreciated. I need to order coils by the end of tomorrow. Also, if any of you members are selling any coils please PM me or text me 727 560 0638
Does XLR8 offer better pricing for their coils since we are on AZ?

Yes, I would order from one of the vendors.
I believe the Megans would be your best bet.
Many members have had problems from the F&F coils.
Tein Basis coils do not lower the car any more than tucking a small amount of tire.
The Megan Racing coils (more expensive) have more than double the damping adjustability and it looks like you have more control over the height and preload.

Megan coilovers are poor quality IMO. We've seen them fail time after time. The same is true of F&F, at least in our experience and what has been posted on AZ.
TEIN makes some of the best quality coilovers on the market. And if you want a fully threaded coilover like the Megans consider our XLR8 ISC coilovers or the TEIN Street Flex. Call or email us for further info.

What do you guys think of the Eibach Ground Control Coilover Sleeves? I currently have Koni yellow sport struts with dampening. I can lower it from 1-3.00 with GC sleeves "supposedly"
Has anyone tried these?
Also I am now a dealer for Megan. BC BR. Tein.
The 03-07 ACCORD / 04-08 TSX Coilovers will work on an 04-08 TL right?
Only reason I ask is because, Megan is out of stock on the street series Coilovers for 04-08 TL. But they do have 03-07/04-08 TSX Megan EZ Street Coilovers and Megan street Coilovers in stock.

XLR8, I can purchase TEIN BASIC Coilovers 04-08 TL used in the market from a member.. Has 45k miles, clean in good condition, and comes with TYPE S BUSHINGS. All shipped for around, $425. Is that something I should be jumping on? I want to be slammed. Handling and performance isn't what I'm looking for.

Tein will not lower the car as much as you are wanting.
UNLESS you get the Street Flex coils. However, the Tein Basis lower around this much:

I am about 2 threads from being as low as possible up front and the rear is as low as it will go.
You said you are a vendor for BC Racing? They make excellent coilovers, however, I'm not sure how low they will go. Member "Noober" has them on his car, maybe you can ask him.

Looks very good.. I think I'm lower than this now though!! With Koni yellow sport struts and Tein Stech springs! Most think I'm on coils now

Haha, well seriously, we've recommended all that is available.
With how low you want to go, I recommend the Megans (CLtotheTL32 recently got a used set and is still very happy with them.)
Also available is BC Racing coils, like I said, the member "Noober" has them, contact him to see how low they can go.
Tein Street Flex.
And XLR8 mentioned their ISC coils.

I bought my Megans used over a year ago and haven't had any issues whatsoever. I have read that Megans cannot be rebuilt if they fail, but I have yet to read anything about them failing on a TL.

Thanks for all the help guys!!
I'm debating between Megan street and EZ streets and the XLR8 coils.
Anybody know if the 04-08 TSX / 03-07 ACCORD Coilovers fit without modifications? I've read mixed posts. Some say yes some say no so I don't know what to believe. Megan racing says no, acura dealership says yes. BC coils say yes, tein say no. I don't understand lol

Im going with the Megan EZ street coilovers with the spring rates changed to 12 and 6. They are for a 03-07 accord and 04-08 tsx. Only reason I am ordering for the wrong car is because Megan is out of stock for another month and a half for the ones for the TL. The only difference is the spring rates, and the top hats...
I can use factory top hats, right?

Avoid Megan, all of their parts are crap!
Do you and your car a favor, I ordered my ISC coilovers through Excelerate and received them in two days. They're one of the best coilovers I've ridden on in my opinion and I actually plan on taking the Teins off my civic in favor of a set of track spring rate ISC coilovers.

I just ordered F&F type 1's over the weekend. Have read nothing but good reviews on them doing lots of research. They are on the cheaper side (got mine for $630 shipped) and from what i have read, they are the best bang for your buck. They should be at my door tomorrow or thursday and I'll have them installed thursday night. Let you know how they go!
