"Need help" driver-side engine mount and what's this?

recently i just purchase an 07 TL-S and i was installing the CAI and i noticed the driver-side mount has cracks, any know the part # for it and how easy/hard to get that replaced? DIY would be very helpful! 07 Acura TL Type S.

then another thing i noticed was the screw is not tight on a plate? is that normal or i supposed tighten the plate? i believe that's for the gas pedal?
any input would be very useful to get it fixed.

thanks!

Jack up engine a little. Remove the bolt visible on foto, the 3 upper ones. Then you have to remove 3 bolts under the mount. It it the hard part.

First of all, find service manual - it defines step by step how to proceed.

Looks like the door panels don't all match either - not sure if that's part of your transformation. I believe the taupe seats should have the taupe armrest, door inserts, and the pillars/headliner. The black seats with gray inserts will have a black armrest, door inserts, and pillars/headliner. Obviously you can mix and match as you wish, just mentioning how it would have come from the factory. Also, that would make me wonder why the interior door panel was replaced and if they were trying to hide something. Just a thought. Sweet car though and very rare color!

YES< seem like the ground bolt was broken, no idea why would they try to move anything around that area.
also, the driver-side ballast bracket was missing 2 nuts, most likely factory forgot to put them on.

I noticed Acura really went cheap out on this TL compared to my 02 TL, the way they built still the same but cheap out on plastic with lower quality stuff.

Highly unlikely. More than probably someone was in there doing something and didn't put everything back together properly.

Where did you get your CF tape from? I've been debating doing this. It'd be nice to have a tutorial as well (hint, hint) .
