Make sure your air intake filter is clean. Then check the intake manifold for vacuum leaks. Clean your EGR valve and run a fuel system / fuel injector cleaner (Seafoam / Berryman's B-12 / Techroline) through the tank (don't get any of this stuff on your paint btw..).
You're also at the 105k mark.. You need new plugs / timing belt / water pump / t/b auto tensioner.. Make sure you adjust / replace your PCV valve as well when doing the plugs. I suggest NGK Iridiums.
you might also want to check the throttle body for leaks or buildup.. they can get dirty and restrict the butterfly valve so I hear (never encountered personally).

wtf!?!
$1100!!!
+$200 for fuel system cleaner???
You're getting kicked in the balls. Plugs are like $60.. it would take you maybe an hour to do them. Adjust PCV valve.. no brainer. I think a fair shop price for timing belt / water pump service is $600.. shop around, some places will do it for $400 incl parts... Go get a can of seafoam or berrymans b-12 fuel system cleaner for $7.. and get your TL out of there asap before they offer to replace your brake pads, cabin filter, & top end clean.

Please help I'm a mechanic well learning and I do a lot of work to this car myself so any input in what the problem can be would be great the 105,000 mile maintanaice done I have a Injin cold air intake oem only a year old denso coil packs and sparks plugs like I really take good care of this car Also I've done the tranny pressure switches and filter and the fluid is so clean you can cook with it I have used alit of gas treatment in the past which I no now is bad I used to use the black bottle of stp fuel injector treatment so I'm thinking maybe my 02 sensors went bad it's saying bank 2 running lean unless it's my fuel injectors so what do you guys think???

check fuel pressure to the rear bank of cylinders vs the front bank would be where I'd start.

No I haven't how much would a shop charge to do that that's the only thing I haven't done everything else is done I put the new map sensor in today I haven't let the car idle for a half hour yet I going to do that and see if the light comes on thanks for your help I heard that the map sensor sends signals to the ecu for the air and gas correct mix ratio

You may have a clogged cat on the rear bank as well. Valve adjustment is 2-3 hours of labor depending on how many the tech has done. You'll need to valve cover gaskets too which are around $20-30.

I had/have this problem since the day I bought the car, well within the first year of owning it it started. Acura did "updates" changed the ecu and so... even adjusted the valves and had put in a new timing belt way early. My car only has 80k on it. My own mechanic fixed the issue and it was the wiring to the O2 sensor. It just recently started doing it again. I clear the code because it annoys me but there never is a difference if the feel of the performance of the car.

I've had this problem b4 too. How is it possible to get bad gas when we're pumping 93 premium??? Could it be that everybody pumps regular and our premium gasoline just sits there?? I'll understand if our cars recommend 87 octane and get those "bad gas" cel...
