thanks pal, that means a lot! glad folks are appreciating the look. part of the minimalism comes in to play because I try to not spend too much money on it! but I am going for a sort of oem+ look.

here's the mod list:

- tein street advance coils. about a finger gap between tire and fender. I had the front fenders rolled.

- I opened the headlights and removed the orange reflectors and added zkw ellipsoids I got from the retrofit source. 5k osram cbi headlights and 5k drl leds. amber leds in turn signals and deleted parking lights.

- aspec kit (obviously)

- work emotion cr kai wheels in matte gunmetal. 18x8.5 +30. pretty flush but not poking.

- stoptech slotted and drilled rotors. I wish the rotors were bigger. I looked at a set of stoptech two piece rotors for the front but they cost almost as much as my wheels. still might do in the future at some point.

- powdercoated brembos 'heavy silver' with red logos. still deciding what to do with the rears...might pull the trigger on caliper covers.

- the front grill is plastidipped, but I'm either going to switch back to chrome (like rockstar ) or have it painted NBP in the very near future.

what you can't see:

- xpel clear bra

- rv6 v3 jpipe and hfpc

- progressive rear sway bar

- replaced all speakers with infinity + subwoofer

just happened to find this pic of the jpipe and hfpc that I thought was cool...

I'll be making a change to the look of the car in the next few weeks and will post some pics once I get that done. I know work doesn't make center caps for these wheels, but I'd like to get a set. anyone got any ideas?

yep, it's nice to cross it off the list, especially since I got it done without breaking anything else while taking the center console apart.

decided to go back to the chrome grill. I missed the contrast. just a few cell phone pics, nothing too fancy.

I think I'm over the "blacked out" thing now. there's really not a whole lot of chrome on these cars anyway since the window trim is black and with the a-spec front lip it's black around the fogs too. car is looking a lot more subtle now.

same here! I'm actually considering having the wheels powdercoated formula silver (volk color) or something along those lines. not sure if my taste is changed or if I'm just tired of the same look, but I like the contrast.

I'm considering "ultra black chrome" from prismatic powders:

Just finished installing uncald4 box and mounting amp. Coming from a giant ported box to the uncald4 I can't believe how good this thing sounds. And of course having all the trunk space back is so nice. Thanks to rockstar143 for a great deal on an awesome sub enclosure!

And thank you for a smooth transaction...love that you're happy, most of all.
Seriously...the damn thing blew me away...I've had my share of boxes etc...but the way it points the bass and the sound it creates blew me away!

Same here. Everytime I turn it on I'm in disbelief. The bass is definitely much tighter than my ported box.
