I think similar...
and if you think le sloth is gonna remove a wheel to weight...
I kinda recall him weighing in the past...
with 225 the rs were 41.5lbs with tires...with 235 michelin I can't recall but with the packaging and box and rims/tires inside the box weighed 44lbs.

My wheel alone weighed about 20 pounds. According to websites, my tires are 21 IIRC. Hankook V12 235/40/18.

Update:
Well...good a time as any to post an update...
I've been without the car since November 7th...
I was driving home from work on the 3rd when I noticed a knocking noise that was quite loud.
I called my mechanic, (Konrad at Acutech Automotive) and he believed it to be the clutch's throw out bearing or belt tensioner.
I dropped it off to him on Monday, avoiding 2nd gear all the way there because the knocking was about 3 times as loud in 2nd. After some back and forth before finally tearing into it I finally got that heart stopping text message...
"Are you sitting down?"
"Yes"
"Transmission is bad"
2nd gear is GONE. He also said the throw out bearing just fell out when he took the clutch away from the transmission.
So needless to say, this has been a total nightmare but with the help of friends, vendors and my workplace, I am pushing through this and the car should be operational by late next week.
I've decided to go with XLR8's daily clutch and flywheel and a stainless steel clutch line. The transmission is being rebuilt by Konrad and thankfully all the parts were available through my workplace at a discount. We are also fixing the steering rack as it is leaking.
I should also mention the SPEC Stage 3+ clutch is fine, it just needs a new throw out bearing. I will be selling it when this is all over with, still has plenty of life left in it. More pics for those interested...
I seriously miss the car....like....dearly. I can't begin to describe how much better the TL feels in manual than automatic. I've been driving my black car in the meantime and it feels so disconnected and bland in comparison, but, I shouldn't knock it...it's been a very good car to me and I'm thankful I have it to drive instead of a rental. When I finally get blue back, the NBP will be listed for sale and I look forward to it going to a great home.
Farewell for now, I will update the thread again probably when I get the car back.

Worst car salesman ever!
Never sell to a friend.
I mean, we have been back and forth on it...transmission felt butter smooth...clutch was, well...a stage 3+ clutch and drove like one...but nothing to indicate there would be a problem.
Either way, I've been very upset about the whole ordeal on his behalf because he's my friend and this is a costly repair.
At the end of the day, I know you'll be happy to have the car back and basically completely sorted out (now that you've also addressed the leaking steering rack and gone back to a more forgiving clutch and motor mounts)...
it sucks the way it went down, but I'm proud of how you're handling it. I know once black sells and the dust settles, it'll feel very satisfying to know you made your own journey with that car which will make you even more prideful.
Little one growin up...

Damn dude! I was wondering why you haven't posted any new pics of the car recently. That sucks going through a big expense like this, but I'm sure it will be worth it in the end. Can't wait too see it in person at our next meet.
Going back to Greek mythology, I think "Phoenix" would be an appropriate nickname.

All said and done it's going to be around $3500.
I plan on totaling up all the invoices for parts and labor. I'll report when I get it back.
Thanks for the kind words everyone. I have no hard feelings towards Jeremy. I just think the clutch was too aggressive for the car and it was driven harder because of it. Just bad luck
I'm really looking forward to getting it back. I just want to drive it.
Looking like the clutch parts will be here Monday the 5th. I'll bring it to Konrad with the trans fluid and other parts that are on backorder and I have the steering rack with an expected date of 12/9.
