Get a hold of PJ at Del Rey (vendor here has a thread about these) They were on back order, but they came in within two weeks easily.

TLDude, I'm not sure the plasti-dip will hold up to the heat.

How long did it take you to do yours?

I ordered black RTV on Ebay. My caliper covers are in my trunk, so I'm just waiting for a good day to get this done.

I did this mod this weekend. I didn't feel too confident about attaching the covers only with silicone so i thought i would try to drill & tap the calipers in addition to the silicon. I bought a couple stainless 10/32-1/2" screws and a couple of the drill & taps to do this with (i fully expected to break a couple in the process). I also repainted the entire area because i previously had it all painted silver but i painted the caliper high temp black and high temp clear to match the look of the 6MT Brembos in front. All in all i think it came out great. Below are a couple pics during the process and a before/after comparison as well.

Enjoy the pics. I'll soon post up better pics in my progress thread.

PS----OP, you are a genius, thx much for the thread.

When ordering, like for example from OEMAcuraparts.com do they let you know if they are back ordered or in stock or you just wait until they come in? Is there any kind of notification regarding stock update(s)? That is the website I was placing the order with and pulled out before pressing the last enter button since I was wondering this very ?. And also, what are you guys paying in shipping? I looked into 2 websites and both are charging a avg of $15 (for qt 4) in addition to $12.00+ ea.

In my situation i was about to try to order mine through oemacuraparts.com and was about to pay $60 including shipping so I decided why not ask the dealership, I asked if they have the brake covers and said they did but it's a back order I just have to come in and give a deposit so they can order it, so I did and was surprised that all I was paying was $10.98 taxes included

I just ordered a set for my rears. I have the Brembos up front...really looking forward to seeing how these turn out. For the rears, do you think it is necessary to paint the calipers or will it cover everything that is visible. I have 8.5 A-SPEC's. I am going to use some Hondabond HT from the shop at my dealership to bond the cover to the caliper. It is a hi-temp silicone liquid gasket. The tech said it would be perfect for what I am trying to accomplish.
