Aww that seems so far away!
Worth the wait of course, can't wait to see pics. But pics will be nothing compared to what you get when you finally get back the finished product and see it in person!

Well at least the ding happened before the trip to the body shop!
Good thing you got the alignment done. It's crazy how important alignments are - Toe out of spec will tear up good tires real quick!

she's off to the body shop tomorrow can't wait until its done. going to be about 2 weeks.
New headlights will be in with switchbacks.
Was out poking around at it today and found some more rust
Passenger side front door at the very bottom is starting to blister so that'll be getting corrected also.
basically the whole car is getting painted with the exception of the roof, and trunk LOL

went to check in on the car yesterday.. she's all ripped apart and primed up but one thing that I just realized was that I will not be able to do the carbon fibre vinyl wrap or the 3M clear bra for 3 months!
Im going to wrap the valence pieces on the a spec front and rear bumper and also the front grill. However, I told the shop to just prime and paint those pieces blue along with my car to ensure a smooth wrapping surface.. Valence pieces had some scrapes and grille had chips etc.
I was going to do the CF wrap after it was painted but the guy told me to wait for 3 months or else the wrap will start to bubble because it would be trapping the gasses that the solvents release.
Said not to wax it for 3 months as well. So my car will sort of look funny for a bit because there will be no contrast as it will be all blue lol.
