Well stock wheels have been put back on since winter doesn't want to go away. I had to leave the car parked on the side of street since it snowed and I was unable to make it home, so had to walk about 5 blocks home and get the wifes car and load up the winter's, which I then had to swap the fronts just to get me home. So I've decided to play it safe and wait till there is constant temps above 10-15°c here in bc until I put the vmr's back on.

Sooo this happened couple weeks ago, tire damage on the sidewall had to wait three weeks for one tire from michelin. Has anyone ever seen this happen?

Yup, I've seen that a lot; road junk is a typical cause. Needless to say, that tire is toast.

Luckily michelin covered 60% off the tire even though it didn't fall under warranty but it just sucked that only had maybe less than 1,000 km on them
