I just bought a take-off part on eBay...don't know where it came from. Looks more like an older model's trunk badge, definitely not a 3G TL. It's a tad 
small, but in-person it doesn't look as lost as it appears in pics. The original grill emblem was way too big in my opinion and I was going for a minimalist/incognito vibe. But it's cool if you don't think it works, to each their own.

What's funny is I found this thread looking for a way to smoke my emblems for a black chrome look (of course rockstar found a good way to do it in a different thread), but I decide to peruse to see if anyone's done what I plan on doing as I get to the last page I see that post, guess I won't be the one resurrecting it when I bring my ideas to the thread.

DIY Plasti Dip front Grill
This is my first DIY post. hope it helps gives others a good reference and ideas for their own car.
This is a before shot
I did not take off the Bumber I simply Sliped newspaper down behind grill. This is what my car looked like right before my first coat.
Here is the first coat of Black Plasti Dip.
Second Coat
Third
And the final coat
I applied about 5-6 coats in intervals of 5 min each. The paint was not completely dry but it was good enough to add the next layer.
This is a picture of the final product.
And For my personal preference I removed the Black off the "A"... I think that looks the nicest.
I used one can it cost about 5-6$ and took me a total of 1 hour to complete the entire project.
one can also was enough for me to do all my rear logos.. Just an FWI
I also have pictures for A DIY on the rear for anyone interested in that as well.

I recently bought the car and it was already there.. hopefully in the future an aspec lip will help cover it.. Thanks for the feedback.. I am also making a video I will post the link here when I am done!
