Hmm do you think the 3" pipe vs the 2.5" pipe makes a difference in sounds ? would you think it be to loud? maybe to rasp?

The ATLP V1s had mesh inside of the tips and the etching was on the side. You have the V2s

Welcome, beautiful car! Subscribing, just to see your progress . Purchased a KBP myself recently, still debating as to what the best combo will be between ATLP and RV6 before I do any cosmetics.

However I feel a little bit more power at top end. So far I'm loving it.
Thanks man!

i just installed the tein street flex last night. i gave it a quick drive last night and it feels like night and day compared to my tein ss since it has a higher range of damping and is fully threaded so the ride is much nicer no matter how low you go
the height adjustment procedure confused me a little bit but i eventually figured it out, but by then it was night time and i worked by flashlight haha

let me know if you need any tips, i did the whole install by myself it wasn't too bad (except for the overtorqued nut from the shop that put on my last rear coilovers and i stripped it...added about 3 hours of work).

Just a heads up it will take a few hours to get the height exactly where you want it because you have to jack car, remove wheel, adjust height, lock rings, put on wheels, lower car for each corner until you get the height you want. Also give it a day or two after that and check height again before an alignment. Lots of work but you can make it perfect for your specific setup!

The Tein Street Flex is definitely a better overall "enthusiast" kit than a Street Advance. There are a lot of people who only need the Street Advance for their needs though. The upper mounts add convenience, at a cost. The full-length adjustment is great for lowering more, but anyone keeping it around 2" doesn't need it. Both great kits, and there is a right kit for everyone

Yeah it can be a bit of hassle, but the day or two of driving really isn't necessary. Just a spin around the block is all you need to get your measurements right.
