Thank you sir!!
I can't seem to find that bracket. I'm still searching it though. I'm gonna check with local part store on Monday. I'll let you know. I'm pretty sure its speed nut.

For the license plate, I bought it from passwordjdm few years back. Check on passwordjdm.com You'll see it.

Sorry for late bro! I've been busy. By the way, I went to several part stores to find this clip, but I couldn't find it. They couldn't even find it. I searched for speed nut, spring clip, clip nut, spring clip nut etc on web, but couldn't find exact one. I saw couple of similar ones. I'm keep searching it though. I will keep you updated.

More update! I finally finished installing sub in my tl. Nothing serious though. It's just 10" and that's enough for me. I don't have much free time so I did little by little when i had time and took me like 3 weeks..
Sounds pretty good!

Uncald4 FTW! I love mine. I know if might not be the absolute best for sound, but it is most definitely fantastic for the combination of sound/taking up no space!

Exactly!!! That was the reason why I went with uncald4 enclosure! You can have nice sound and also have almost original trunk space!!! Your is JL and alpine too or other brand? I kinda remember you said type r sub before. I could be wrong. I love this system!!!

I went back and forth a bit, but I ended up with a JL 10W6v2 powered by a JL XD500/3. Never got around to installing the front components tho.

Haven't decided....they are pretty nice speakers, and I have the sound deadening too for the doors. Maybe I will have them put in at some point. I would probably also have the XD500/3 moved under the drivers seat at the same time, I got a tiny amp so that I could put it there, just never got around to it.

I remember exchanging some emails with uncald4....he mentioned that if you arent going for a full blown built, the stock speakers are plenty good and all they need is a better amp...

I ended up adding a Clarion EQS processor to mine....so my setup is Nexus 7 - 3.5mm to Y split left/right - processor - OEM amp - OEM speakers and the oomph is amazing....its soo amazing that I blew my OEM subwoofer

if either of you is gonna sell the OEM subwoofer, I will buy it off ya LOL....

I didn't realize you had a Nexus 7 in yours! That's pretty sweet. My subwoofer is just sitting there disconnected...but I probably won't end up going thru the hassle of pulling it out since it requires moving the rear seat, etc...

Kj I was gonna put my amp under the driver seat too, but ended up put it in the trunk. I might relocate it later.
Did you apply sound deadening in the trunk?

Swoosh nexus7?? That's sweet! You can post pics here. I don't mind. I will have to check on your thread.
$30 for factory sub? That's good! Like Kj said mine is sitting there too.I don't want to remove seat again. Lol
Maybe later.

is there a size difference between the 10W6 and the 10W3? it seems that anthracite's sub sticks out further than kj's. is this true? i'm looking at both of your setups and i'd rather have one that doesn't stick out so much with the uncald4 setup. thanks!
