Sorry guys, the picture is originally from JustinZ, so I don't have a PSD file of it with just the tach. This is the best I could do:

Hoping its possible that some1 can write - Welcome Lorenzo - on my navigation picture in the white area on the 2nd pic below in the bottom left corner is prettty much where i want it......Pleaseeeeeee!!!! - if u can, use the same lettering & color as the word NAVIGATION(only smaller) -- that would be sweeeeet!! id do it myself.....but it would come out horrible=(....

I love this picture and i really want it 2 work as my load up navi pic......but its not formatted 2 the correct size =( Can some1 hook me up so i can load this bad boy into my navi PLEASEEEEEE ......Thanks!! 
supposedly its suppost 2 be a bitmap Image 480 x 234 if it were simple 4 me to do.....id do it - but i dont know the 1st thing about photoshop & things of that nature
