'07 TL-S Nav retention with aftermarket Head Unit

Does anyone know what resister is needed to keep the top screen working when adding an aftermarket head unit? I read on a youtube video, a guy say to put a resister between the red power and blue Display Control unit- BUS+ wire, but the link he posted was broken, and he did not say what resister is needed to trick the screen into thinking the radio is still there.

Anyone?

Now I do have a question... My radio didn't have a 26 pin harness on the back, just the 20 pin radio harness, the smaller harness and a 40 pin harness....
The blue and red wire are not in the same as the diagrams I have seen. Anyone know which wires are the display Can+ and Can- wires in the 40 pin harness?

If the "display Can+ and Can-" are the "Display Panel Control Unit" pins on the 2008 TL then this 40 Pin Audio connector diagram should help.

Looks like the equivalent pins on the 2008 are Pin 27 and Pin 28.
