Can't wait to see this all done up. Thanks for being a pioneer for those who are sure to follow.

Usually, a staggered setup on a FWD car is not ideal for handling unless the wheels/tires with more meat are on the front, but I do understand that the larger rears do give a certain look.

Mostly I'm interested in seeing the car with maybe an inch of drop just to see what that does to the look, even though I like the ride height as is.

Is there any issue with PAWS with the wider setup on the rear?

I have not noticed anything and with the wider rims only a inch difference it should not be a problem, I wish I go 10-11" in the rear but oh well

The RLX VIP has 21" X 9" with coilover I called the guys that prototyped for that car, they were not available but but considering that I'm over 30 and I value my ride and everything I put into it has to be QUALITY over anything coilovers or springs wont cut it for my standards as it stands without any MODS the car looks and drives nice but since I bought rims I have to get RID of that UGLY GAP (((ACCUAIR)))

I know I'm not hip, but we all understand the wheels have to move up and down as the car goes over bumps. When the wheels are already squeezed up into the fenders just sitting still, where will they go when you hit a bump?

And on that car above, the front tires would be hitting the fender lips when it turns.

Not a fan.

Take a look at the Video I posted of the ACCUAIR RIDE system above, with their system you have 3 positions , LOWERED, RIDE and RAISED, these are the benefits of air suspension over springs or coilovers also auto calibration and auto leveling, do a little research and you'll understand more about the differences. lol I think if my wheels ran all into my fenders and damaged my car I don't think anyone would want that

Sorry, I missed the fact it's an air ride system. Thought you were just talking cut-down springs, lowering kit or something. As long as you can raise it up enough to get down the road I feel better about it. Still not a fan, though.

Wheels...very subjective topic. With that said, I much prefer the stock 19" chrome look over this choice. You said you were going to sell your stockies...I am sure you will have no problem in doing so

cant really tell with these close up shots. need normal basic side-profile shots from a distance to really tell how it effects the look & stance of the car.

20s definitely make the RLX....but those tires are rubber bands! I'd bend a rim on the first day up here in the Northeast....

Could you do a wider shot of the side of your car so we can get a better idea of the overall look? It's really hard to judge from those pics.

No Tints for me, that DARK tint looks better with darker cars or in some cases white but I might change my mind when summer comes around

Those wheels don't look bad at all. That's a handsome combination there. I think you chose well.

It's all good my friend, you just have to understand that our roads in the Northeast are horrible, we can't get away with certain things that you guys in the West can It looks great, it's just something I couldn't do where I live...

I usually do not like the look of aftermarket wheels on high end cars, but these wheels really set-off the RLX. I think the combination of the Silver color and those wheels really "make the car".

Great job, best looking RLX I have seen yet.....
