Back-seat window shade vibrations

Just making note of this as another item to add to the list of improvements for an MMC update, etc:

* Back-seat window shades need some type of dampening when stowed away. They are fairly free standing and "loose" in the slit/opening they are stowed in when not in use. As a result they cause high-amounts of rapid vibration/rattle noise when driving over bumps or other "bad" road-conditions.

I confirmed this today by engaging the window shades into their used position and latching them to the window hooks. Major difference. Not a single peep out of them the entire day. It's only when they are in the stowed position that they vibrate/rattle.

Holografique,
Ya know you may have hit upon the same problem I have been hunting for some time. Each time my wife hears something she asks, did you hear that? And I say What? being partially deaf I have to really make an attempt to help her find the culprit. Short of stopping the car that won't happen to often.. I think I'll engage the all shades and see if that helps....Thanks for the boost..

Glad to help. I'm a mix engineer/producer by night, so I have ears like a 4x AGOC on an M16A4

Let us know if you notice the same improvements I have. I continue to leave mine engaged and still getting the same good results. Also to note, I do not have the rear windshield sun-shade raised. There were no noticeable sounds or vibrations coming from that far back. It's only the side rear-windows that you'll want to try and raise to see if it eliminates the rattles.
