First RLX on 20" Vossen CV1's

Boss gave me the opportunity to dress up his RLX with a nice set of wheels. I went rather conservative due to my attempt to maintain a comfortable ride

Sorry for the crappy Iphone pics. They literally were taken minutes after mounting the wheels. Better pics to come. As well as another RLX on Vossens

Set up is as follows:

20X9 Vossen CV1's finished in Matte Graphite
245/35/20 Hankook Ventus V12's

Rides like a dream and looks stunning IMO!

Great choice, I personally want to see the CV4 on this car. Thanks for sharing, glad you went with Vossen.

Looks great... with the color wheel though, the wheels almost look to small since the wheel and tire get lost in the shade.

I like it though! Great work

I'm not liking it. I think chrome would look better.

That looks terrible. If anything, the grey wheels made the car look cheaper. But I'm pretty biased as I hate all dark rims, to me, it always looked as if somebody removed the plastic hubcaps to expose the black steel wheels (for those of you old enough to remember cars that had those).

Different color would be better, but the wheel design is good.

And, BG, no selling outside of the Black Market as you are not a registered vendor.

The more I look at it, the worse it looks. You got sporty wheels, on a car that does not look sporty. Its just ALL wrong. Huge turn off! All its needs is two of those farts cans, lowered, then it might work

I have to agree with everyone else, doesn't look good at all and totally contrasts against the elegant styling of the body. And absolutely the wrong color to go with a white car. Maybe if it was the graphite, but even then, chrome or polished silver/metal would be much better.

Those are the smallest looking 20's I've never seen. I'm not sure if it's because of the ride height, wheel color choice or the size of the RLX but it isn't right. Maybe an RLX needs 21" wheels?

The RLX is huge. Car is the size of a 7 series. I really wanted to put 22" CV1s on it but I really didnt want him to complain about the comfortability of the ride. Pictures dont do it justice. It really looks alot better in person. Trust me.

You took those pics at "high noon." Probably looks much better when some sunlight hits the wheels.

It needs lips w/ a silver or chrome rims. IMO, looks better as a VIP style car than the sporty look.

exactly. the cars body design is meant for future elegance, not sport performance. the ILX is far more suited for the sporty look. I got one for my wife and it's a bad little car. looks hot. love it. so does she...

I agree. It's nice to see diversity (sporty-looking wheels on a luxury car), but...not in this case .

That 1.5" gap between the tire and wheel well is distracting. I'm not feeling the wheels at all. Seeing Vossens on other cars, they usually drop the car to enhance the look.
