Travel times is wrong on Navigation

Travel times is wrong on Navigation
I have noticed that my travel times on the Navigation doesn't seem correct, and when compared to my phone is off by about 15 minutes. I have the traffic green light on, but just doesn't seem to take traffic into account.
Any suggestions on what I might be missing?
