New Wheels - NTB says that the OEM TPMS sensors won't fit

Greetings. I recently had Enkei ONX 20 inch rims installed on my 2015 MDX Advance SH-AWD. The rims and tires were purchased from and mounted by Tire Rack. I had the OEMs swapped out with these new ones at my local NTB. I asked that they move the TPMS sensors from the old to the new. After attempting to move them from one wheel, I was told that the OEM sensors do not fit. I called Tire Rack and their tech team confirmed that they should in fact fit. I am scheduled to go back today and have NTB give it another shot and involve Tire Rack tech support. Has anyone experienced this before?

Info on the wheel

There is no reason why the OE sensors shouldn't fit on the Enkei wheels. While there are some wheels that are unsuitable for sensors, they are far and few between - and these wheel are made for sensors.

Go to a different shop. You'll need a rebalance in any case.

20X8.5 ENKEI PERFORMANCE ONX BLK PAINT. 255/50R/20 Michelin Premier LTX. They are slightly wider than the rim and so they have a nice bulge/projection on the sides. Almost matches the vehicle side contour lines.

I will get a pic from the back soon. By the way, NTB has idiots working there and I ended up taking the wheels somewhere else. They installed the sensors and no problems; all four fit and worked just fine.
