Too much. My rule of thumb when leasing is around 10% of msrp including tax, with no down payment. My mdx for example had an msrp of 50k. Leasing it for 500 including 7.5% use/sales tax with zero down. Licenses and acquisition fee rolled in to the price. This is with the car having no manufacturer rebates.

Wow, good deal. Well, I'll try another dealership if this one doesn't work out. Best I could get them was $523 a month, w 2500 down. They said something about my credit barely qualifies me so he's "calling in a favor" yea, right. Thanks for the info.

Ask for the cap cost before downpayment, residual value and money factor, both for tier 1 credit and what theyre giving you.

Oh sorry lol, I was asking Javis42 where he was located. I'm located in NYC and I own a leasing company. The prices KB1spec got for his MDX was very good. The MDX is around that price range and you are not getting that bad of a deal, but you also have some room to negotiate depending on your credit tier.

Sorry haven't been on in a while. I'm in Orlando, I dealt with Fountain Acura. I went to another Acura dealership and decided on purchasing my MDX. 300 miles in, extremely happy with it. I traded in my 04 MDX Touring with 212k original miles on it. It was on it's lasts legs and was as reliable as they come. Will post new ride pics soon!

I traded in my minivan which had $2,200 negative equity left on its current lease. We put $1,000 total out of pocket. So they ate the $1,200 plus tax and tags. We ended up with $645 a month with 10,000 mile on a tech package. Every $2,000 is worth about $50 on the payment. I'm guessing with the tax, tags and the $1,200, it would be at least in the $3,500-$4,000 range. So under $550 if you do nothing down other than tax and tags

These we're audiovoxx HR7012MA, I believe they're about $1200, I've seen them on eBay for $800. I got it as package deal including tints from a buddy of mine, so it was deeply discounted. Pretty easy to install via aux port.
