Sorry...I'm crashing your site...but, I'm an RDX owner...have the new '16 AWD Advance, and had a '13 AWD Tech. And I love the MDX. Will buy one for my retirement travel SUV for sure!


The '16 RDX sold just short of 20,000 units in the first quarter. Beat out BMW X5 and the Mercedes 350. Set a record. I'd certainly buy one over those 2 any day!

Sorry...it was the '15 MDX numbers...since the '16 was not quite out yet! Still great accomplishment for Acura.


And I meant to write..."The '15 MDX sold......".......NOT the RDX!! I apologize to all the MDX owners. I will be one too. For now my '16 RDX Advance is awesome too.

Glad to see a familiar and knowledgeable member from the RDX forum. Traded in the 2013 RDX for a 2015 MDX however, considered the 2016 RDX. It boiled down to needing more room for two large dogs on long trips. Love the MDX! Thank you for sharing the numbers.

The MDX does really well in it's segment of the market. Prospective buyers choose it time and time again due to what is offered, especially the value.

instead of starting a new thread, just wondering if the 2016 MDX AWD tech comes with a spare tire? or just the kit?

Just looked at one on Sat and the salesmen showed us there is a spot for the spare, but comes with just the repair kit from the factory. You can order a spare through the dealer.

AWD models come with spares. Please don't ask unrelated questions. Useful info gets lost this way.
