Need help with Zedd SL5 19x8.5 +35mm

Hey everyone, new to group and to Acura. This is my very first vehicle I own and not quiet knowledgeable with wheels. I have a 2012 Acura TSX base. Found Zedd SL5 19x8.5 with +35mm offset and want to get them but the +35 offset concerns me. Did a some research but not giving me any positive answer.

Any advice on if this size will fit? will it rub? any mods needed to fit? what tire size is preferred?

Any help would be much appreciated.

must be 5X114.3 bolt pattern

if hub bore is more than 64.1 you need hub rings.
looks like they are 73.1 so get some from 73.1 - 64.1

last you need new tpms or move old ones/

TPMS needs to be put on when you have your tires put on the rims. I dont have them so vsa cant be turned off but I got 9.5 inch wide wheels so the traction controll rarely chimes in even at WOT.
willtheyfit.com can help you with tire size to see the stretch if you so desire a stretch. Or look on the dropped/slammed/lowered thread Im pretty sure a lot of people are running 8.5 wide

If I decide to get 18x9.5 +22 offset instead. Would it poke out too much to the point where I got to pull the fender and camber??

Yeah roll all around and pull in the front for those specs. no matter what height you are at.
My 19x9.5 +39 needed a roll all around and a slight pull in the front to get to the ride height I am now, frame rails at 2.5 inches.
