i did the license plate recently its super easy to do but you have to bend the bottom and top of our plate. i was going to do the instal but, my guys cut me a pretty wicked deal so i let them do it.

hey guys its been a while, so a little while ago i bought some swichbacks from ijdm toy and after 2 weeks of me having them one of them burnt out. i called ijdmtoy in the hope that they would be reasonable and replace the product but their customer service is absolutely horrible so i told them i never wanted to deal with them again and went with vled switchbacks.

heres the difference between the ijdmtoy light and the vled
waaasobe's build/ progress-57wqyau.png

the light on the passenger side is the ijdm unit and the left is the vled. the vled is crazy bright at night i love it!
waaasobe's build/ progress-ckqpjub.png

i also put leds in for my fog lights, my buddy gave these to me for free and their not to bad. they're only there for show so I'm quite pleased.

ill get a video for you tomorrow some time. no i just went through the fender. take off that one screw on the fender line thats mid way up and push the fender liner back then, shove your hand up there. the passenger side is a bit of a bitch though, because its so tight with the washer fluid reservoir there.

Hey bud, did you end up getting the load resistors to get rid of the hyper flash?

I did it the pain of the ass way and took of my bumper both times, but first time was to bake my headlights to remove the reflector and install the switchbacks.

Second time was after I got the load resistors as I couldn't take the hyperflash anymore. Highly recommend to get the resistors and the bulbs together.

Let me know the next time there's a meet going on.

yeah gonna try as well. I'm east end though.. so if I do show up at Sq1 and there's a cruise west, I likely won't be part of it. I'm pretty busy too.. just have a small window Sunday afternoon. I've only seen the crew like twice haha.. it'll likely be the last meet of the year.

the mesh does come with the bumper. i have to check for the fog light covers i haven't really looked through the box yet. there are also a whole bunch of screws and mounting hardware that comes with the bumper as well.

Not stupid looking imo, but not worth the money/effort. By default they will be white, so with the amber reflectors on it'll look like a lighter amber than you're used to now. When you signal they should "switch" to amber, and with the amber reflectors on, it'll likely be similar to what you're used to now, but just brighter. So, light-amber to amber... I might as well just stay stock until you clear the headlights. This is just my opinion, though.

Same. People always claim they sealed it properly afterwards. Then one day they complain of condensation in their lights.

Honestly I don't mind the amber much... I think I'll just leave them.

i don't think it would look stupid but, it wouldn't look right. i feel your apprehensiveness towards baking your headlights hence why i didn't do mine. i bought mine off eBay and so far they are mint so, thats an option if you want cleared headlights. if you're interested i believe the sellers name is fishcake321, i payed roughly 400$ for the pair which is a fantastic deal because, most other headlight sets are in the 1000$ range. but, if you feel absolutely compelled we have a guy up here that does a pretty good job clearing headlights. he's story05 on the forum and his ig is storycustomz.

Baking my headlights was one of the first things I did to my car, and I've never modded a car before this. Just add some extra silicone to the perimeter of the lights and they'll seal back up no problem.

wrenching around and mucking about in that respect seems perfectly normal to me. but, baking headlights just sets off sirens in my head i don't know why. also i think i would get murdered if i ruined our new stove lol
