MC's Progress Thread

Ight, so i posted a while back about those foglight covers and said that I would be getting a CU2 soon and here it is!

2012 BWP V6 Tech

So far i have atleast a page worths list of stuff that I plan on doing to the car but since im a broke ass HS student, progress will be reaaaally slow. Just gonna start out with a few DIY's here and there before i get onto more major things.

What I have planned for tomorrow is to black out those silver foglight covers

Anywho, picked the car up today trading in the Wrangler Black Op's Edition that we had since no one in our family actually liked it LOL We had the wrangler for only about 6 months too haha.

After finding it in the lot

Random, dad's friends's RL

Key fawbs~ Was bored waiting lol

Ready to take home!

Surprisingly enough, my tripod actually fit with one section of the legs extended

Another random, on the way home, bro's 08 Type S

Nav display. Man, noticeably ALOT better than previous screens that Acura put out. Really crisp and clear

annnnd as i had expected... the dealer drilled through the dam bumper... They should really reconsider doing that and let the buyer decide on whether or not they want to though.
After taking off the frame I saw this as was just like FUQ....... lol

Hooray~

and they over tightened the plate mounting screws which for some reason are self tapering screws as well which pretty much nicked the paint >.>

Putting on AZ Stickers, instant gains of 20hp LOL

epik fail of a panorama render

Some night shots, Interior ones came out a hell of alot better than exterior

Benn lurking the second gen threads for a while, some of you might have seen me around lol also I pretty much know all the regulars on here and the type oh shit you guys do LOL cant wait to join in on the fun XD

I kinda half assed it but i went around the car with a SB-900 shooting at full power through the shoebox with the camera in commander mode, and triggering it with an ML-L3. Multiple shots were taken then joined on Photoshop. I'm pretty sure if i took more time into positioning the flash then i wouldve gotten better results on the exterior shots.

For the interior it was kinda the same thing. Opened drivers window and sunroof. Did multiple shots with the flash positioned around outside the car. 3 from the windshield(left, right, and middle) one from the passenger window, and one next to the camera through drivers window. I did do one through the snroof but it came out all nasty's so i didnt use that one lol

If you want i can post each individual shot so you can get the idea lol

man, why am i still up at this time of day LOL

For being so young, you have great photo skills. shooting in those dark lighting conditions can be really tough but you seemed to have mastered it already. or your good at post processing

Thanks, been about two and a half years since I got my camera and about 3 years since I've started Photoshop but there still LOADS to learn in both haha. The nights shots on the exterior are pretty for me lol but the the interior ones came out pretty nice.

dang dealers... Think I might just end up using the pill plugs with slight modifications done to em

haha when i got the car at 17, i didn't drive it right away either. i drove a 02 civic grocery getter for a year, didn't get the tsx till i graduate high school. makes me appreciate the car even more actually, and its better to get more experience in a beat up car than a brand new one
