kostantinos do you have a running tab on how much you've spent on your car? Seems like it would be a crazy amount with how many awesome custom things you have on it.

So nice! I think the black fake wood grain that comes on the newer TSX's would match great with that interior. Adding carbon fiber will take away from the luxurious look you've achieved..

It looks great, I think it would better with black stitches to match your dash imo.

the stitching is a dark grey color

since the seats have a silvery grey, the contrast isn't great so I wanted a darker grey to stand out more.
the pics on page 4 are better

What are your plans for it? Swapping to LEDs I am guessing? Adding "warp speed" at the end of the speedo mph?

1. pull airbag off
2. remove 2 screws (upper area)
3. unplug 4 connectors
4. pry out and pull forward gently there's a clip on the left, the right, there's 3 clips on the bottom base and a long clip on the bottom too

disconnect negative battery terminal; wait 1 minute

remove 2 torx bolts, one one each side of airbag.
unclip connector on the bottom side of steering wheel, little door there.

I hope what I'm thinking is correct. I dont want to mess with the cluster swap too much and get into mileage issues.

I'm guessing the only thing different between clusters is the ring that has the pointers on it? clear vs red?

Nice mods. A lot of work for the little details, totally worth it!

Which caliper brackets did you go with?

When th SE came out, I wasn't crazy about it
but I did love the red gauges and the black headliner parts.

I can't get the black headliner as they dont have an SE wagon, but at least I could find an SE cluster to gut.

one of the easiest projects I've done

you just remove the underpanel, remove 2 10mm screws
pull the cluster out, and dissasemble it and swap the rings

Only issue is when you look from an angle, the light from the side is bluish white instead of red
I might swap the whole cluster and see what happens. I was told i could mess up my mileage

I want red so bad, I looked at all the salvage yards... Not even 1 tsx. Not to mention it would have to be a SE. Yours looks really good though!

There are 4 pages of tsxcluster on car-part.com

A few said 6 speed so one of them might be what you need
