Fuel system done

Installed this in 2 solid long 12-14 hour days, no brakes wrench in one hand sandwitch in the other style break, oh and a shit load of money for all the parts ouch!!!
Bosch 1000cc injectors, wont run out of fuel now
High volume billett fuel rail with marshall guage (got rid of that ugly stock rail)
Skunk2 Pro intake (knock off) but verry nice, ported and polished (still thinking about getting the Acura ZDX 70mm throttle body it's 200 bucks, can do that later (before tune)
Deatschworks dw65c 65 gallon per hour fuel pump, now has 55 PSI about 5 PSI more
Tucked wiring, got rid of that big plastic blob on the driver side of valve cover, ran wiring under intake manifold and under thermostat housing (not for the light harted took a whole day to do what a pian in my ass) but oh so worth it looks good clean clean
Hondata base map set for the big injectors and cranked up the cam advance to 50 deg.
Finished intercooler to throttle body pipe with IAT sensor in it (that bumper has been off at least 20 times to make otimus's and I's intercooler set up it's cracked now damit more money to spend like that mugen bumper a lot)

I am amazed at how you were able to jam such a large setup in that engine bay and it still looks like you have space left over. Super clean look.

I thought about that it would be easy to run wiring but really hard to see under full boost with the torque steer trying to pull you off the road I wont want to be looking down there
will probably do the a pillar cluster like this
ANY IDEAS INPUT OR PICS OF COOL GUAGE STUFF WELCOME HERE

yeah i never thought about that pillar gauges would probably be ideal or hidden under steering wheel , hidden boost gauges for the win but i guess its all opinion i actually remember seeing another thread here where somebody actually installed the gauges in those compartments

Ok so I'm not sure this is even possible but if you could get a boost gauge in the middle of our rpm tach... That would be sooo boss. Right now that space isn't even being used. And our cluster is unique in the fact that our needles don't come from the center outwards so it would look just like the display on our speedometer.

You could do something similar to the nsx pic if you had a navtool, and an obd2 reader on a smart phone. torque for android is popular, I've never used it but I believe it offers live data.

I have to use the AEM gage it is also what controls the boost pressure and safety system incase of over boost.
I need a cool looking gage pod of some kind to put it in

Intercooler pipe

Jigs are finished for intercooler
All jigs are done
I can now reproduce the the Borg Warner EFR 7670 turbo kit I made for optimus accord.
Wating for his titanium coating to get finished then I will ship it to him
We are both excited to get our cars put together and on the dyno
I will be putting my precision 5858 turbo set up on the on the second week of july and dyno tune around the 15th
Well I will be gone for a week to Honda training school in denver for a week, learnning about the new Honda Earth Dreams drive train advanced troubleshooting and drivability diagnossis, my brain will hurt it's hard to do the school thing at 48 years old, my brain is full already, no more room, I have to loose some memory.

Damn, that looks good.

Will mine have any hand scribbled notes to ensure that everything goes in correctly?

Are we deleting the MAF and running just the MAP correct?

I'll give you a call this week to talk about final payment. Also, how do you want to do the coating payment?

I found the hotel computer, I will put together instructions I have been taking pictures of what to do as I go, most of the work is preparing the the car for turbo not to much just re routing the wiring under the driver headlight and moving the ECU and battery a little bit I was really anal about no cutting of any wiring.
Will delete maf and use only MAP and IAT sensors.
Ruke will send you a bill via email for the coating it will look really good the titanium is nice will post pictures of the whole kit before I box it up and ship it.

It's done ready to ship to optimusaccord

Dang that was a lot of work, really happy with the kit, will bolt right on no hacking car or wiring to install.
Ready to box up and send away, Optimus is going to be happy
Now I can get back to my car full time for a few weeks and get it done
