I'm open to suggestions for an intercooler. I like the design, I am just a bit hesitant about the cx racing intercooler setup....??

Something like this?? http://www.treadstoneperformance.com...rcooler++720HP

Looking for an intercooler is a huge process... CX might be just fine.... ugh... Utah, you haven't had any problems with their stuff in the past have you?

Call me when you got a minute, just want to make sure before I buy the last thing...

A Subaru?

After this car is all "finished" being a loose term here, I'm going to save up for my wife's next car. Drive the TSX after I put the clutch and LSD in it... and just let it be for a few years...

So... how do you do a request for proposal to vendors on here??

Can you put down a parts list requirement and then have vendors email you a quote?

I need a Deatscherks fuel pump for boost fuel levels
I need 1000 cc's injectors, open to different vendors providers so long as they are quality.
An oil catch can to prevent blow by.
RBC intake manifold
PRL Manifold adapter and TB adapter.
A clutch to hold said power: open to suggestions.
10 bolt ring gear from 08 TSX or 12 SI, with 10 bolts.
Mfactory LSD, unless there is a different LSD that is of equivalent build quality/comparable price.

Check ClubRSX or KseriesParts for RBC manifolds, they are much cheaper and come with karcepts adapter plate if need

That's a big problem, the gen 8 Accord guy's have nothing 2008-2012, they are hungry for a tune, I think flash pro could make some bucks there to.

So you have it tuned already? I'd be very careful getting on it if it's not.

Nice work

NEED HELP
Finding someone who can duplicate the manifold I make on CNC machine, the time and money it takes me build weld and port out is rediculous, puts the cost out of the park, I will be sending the intercooler pipes to a shop that can make them in one piece on a mandrel bender to see how much they will cost to duplicate. those are the big factors on cost right now, the rest of the stuff is easy to reproduce for me, and the other parts are purchased and clocked and adjusted to my specs. will be a couple of months before I know how much and are ready to sell anything.

It looks pretty awesome.

Don't get in trouble with the family over this. Family time is important.

I can't wait to put the manifold onto my car... I'll be emailing axion in a few days I think to get my final parts ordered....

Talk with Jason at Prl motorsports, they may have some interest and they already have all the flanges.

Axion seems to be right on top of things, I would buy my parts from them but I'm working with my tuner so he is more involved with the project and will go the extra mile tuning it for me when that time comes.

Getting close optimus

The turbo is ready, the manifold is ready - jig is finished, inter cooler is ready - mounting brakets jig finished, down pipe is ready - jig almost finished, still have to make jigs for inter cooler pipes, shooting for 10-15 more days and ship it all to you.
Then I'm done untill my car is put back together and dyno tuned. and I'm going to melt the tires off of it, then I will get back to the production of more kits.

I appreciate it sir. I'm sure, at some point in the future someone else will want a kit, and you will have all of this ready to go.

I am pretty excited to get my hands on the kit. I'm going to call CG and tell him to have the manifold and down pipe and turbine section all heat coated.

Let me know when that can be carried out please.

Any suggestions on paint for the intercooler? I was just going to paint the portions that could be seen through the front grills a black color so they don't scream I have extra parts on my car.

Will need boost controller, I'm going to use the AEM true boost,
anyone can buy this nothing special needed to work on our cars,
use what you're tuner wants and likes to work with.

Ok I will take the turbo apart and take the parts to be coated, what color do you want black or silver
let us know ASAP please.

On the intercooler it is aluminum so it will need to be primed with zink oxide or it will flake off, you can order that stuff on line for cheap.
I would prefer you do that so it does'nt get scratched in shipping.

For the color whichever color will control the heat, best. I think black is fine, but if the silver is better go with that. I don't need the most expensive version, just the one that best matches what we are doing here.
