OEM Trunk Rear Deck Lid Lip Trunk Spoiler installed
I got it on eBay for $70 and had it installed this morning. It's the OEM part and my cousin installed it using the provided instructions (drill method). I know that you could just use the 3M tape but I plan to keep this car for a while and my cousin said that 3M tape might not last that long and may not survive our harsh winters and summers...
Anyway, as you can see in the pictures, the left side is perfect but the right side sticks out a little bit. You have to get close to it so see it... Since the drilling method was used, there is no way to correct that... It's something to keep in mind if anyone of you decides to get this spoiler. My car is 2 and 1/2 years old and the color matches perfectly. Overall, I'm happy since the part was really cheap and this installation cost was zero!

I ordered one as well from ebay for the same amount. I am going to trade it to a guy who has a white one I need ).
That 3M tape will withstand more than the spoiler itself. I live in Las Vegas and our summers are brutal and never had any problems with my old TSX with just the 3M tape, it will not even come close to budging. I would hate to drill holes in my trunk, OUCH!!!. I am not very happy that my SE has a million holes in the bottom portion of the unibody for the clips to snap into. I tried removing the side skirt only to find my car looks like swiss cheese without the ground effects. I guess it will look better once lowered and the spoiler mounted. I just like clean cars and to me all that extra body crap looks a little tacky. If I knew the SE had all those holes I would have bought a non SE model.

I just bought this deck lid spoiler in Vortex Blue. Very reasonable for a painted product. Friend locally bought it and came out flawless. Mine shipped within 3 days of purchase.

Thx! I would also like to thank you for recommending the Permatex® Clear RTV Silicone Adhesive Sealant. I fixed the tiny gap on the right side and now it looks perfect
