There should be 3 bolt holding the headlight in.

One on top under the weather guard on the far left of the car.
One on the side, where the black plastic piece is holding in the bumper
And one on the bottom, all the way inside, might need small hands or an extension to get to it.

The headlight should come right out after you remove the 3 bot.

Isn't there only 3 screws? Or it didn't with the 2012, how did you have 4?

My 2011 had 4. I remember it being just like the pictures in the diy, I would assume 2012 would be the same?

thanks fellas!!! my apologies for not using the search, got a little impatient there for a moment. I was able to take it off, must say that taking the bumper off is a little nerve wrecking...but it was a breeze...you just have to work it a little, ha!

yeah, definitely looks and sounds like the damn bumper is going to fall apart...surprisingly enough, it is pretty strong. I know I can take mine off in about 10-15 minutes now. makes me feel a lot better now knowing I can do it. I managed to break two clips though, the ones that hold the plastic pieces on the top sides, going to purchase them, suckers are stiff! Again, thank you guys for the quick responses, next time I will take my time and look shit up before committing to tearing my car down...hahahaha

It does!! thank you. now for 1 more question, how do you adjust the headlights. I took the bumper off and replaced the bulbs with 6000K, just wondering if they are gonna be out of adjustment. I want to be prepared so that if I have to adjust them I wont go into panick mode again....anyone knows?

you "probably" don't need to readjust it. i didn't readjust mine when i switched my bulbs and they are just fine. turn on your lights and check the cutoff line on a wall
