^Sent. I think you need to have at least 50 posts before you can use the PM function.
Anyways, I just sent you the pdf instructions for the front/rear door speakers installation for the Euro Accord which is the same as our TSX. I tried to order the coaxial speakers (4 ohm) from the UK last year, but my Tech ELS system uses Panasonic speakers which are 2 ohm, your base model I think uses Foster speakers which are 4 ohm.

I have the premium package and not the tech package that has the 10 speaker system. Does anyone know if the rear doors are wired for speaker in my car? Can i just throw in a set of speakers or do i have to wire the door for audio?
Thanks 09TSXTECH for the PDF!

I just installed components in the front and coaxial in the rear, I have pictures of the door disassembly but haven’t had time to post them. You can use 4 ohm speakers in the tech if you want, it might just reduce some of the distortion from the amp. You will need to make spacers. I made some out of ¾ inch plywood that use the factory mounting holes so I did not have to drill in to the door.
As soon as I have time I will post the info.

Not sure about the rear speaker wiring, may be someone else here has a US Base model which is the same as Premium in Canada can update us. If there is no wire, are you going to splice it onto the rear deck speakers wire.

Confirmed. the rear doors that have no speakers in the premium package do not have wiring. It is just filled with foam so I'm not bothering putting in speakers there.
mercman, I can't mount aftermarket speakers without making a harness huh? For the rear shelf ones, I just placed them on with some putty since gravity will do its trick. But maybe I'll hold off on the front door speakers if I have nothing to make a harness with right now. Thanks for the tip. Are you sure I will not be able to just screw the speaker into the existing holes?

You can pick up some universal plastic spacer rings and mount them with sheet metal screws. For wiring use the 99 Honda and up adapters. I have a lease and a good set of wood tools so I made my own spacers.
I have lots of photos that I plan to post with instructions.

Dude, best of luck on your taxes.
Many people waiting for instructions on this upgrade! :P
Personally I just want to know what specific bracket I need to buy, also what wires and tools do I need. Then need to know if Alpine Type Rs will work with TSX 2010 Base. Then I guess I'm ready to go do this?????

Nice work mercman. I just finally gave up on the door. I installed aftermarket Sony 6.5 speakers in the rear shelf and put in an Inifiti Kappa Series 12" sub in the trunk. I think that is enough for the day. Car sounds amazing though. Had to get a shop o wire the sub though since I needed an adapter kit and all.
I might jsut replace the tweeters in the front and give up after that. It's pretty tough after seeing and feeling the quality of the stock speakers versus any aftermarket one. The sound makes a big difference too. I had one side with stock and ran the balance to test each side and it was significant.

Truly exceptional work mercman
The stock speakers are disappointing, at least the Base/Premium models with Foster speakers do not blow up as frequently as the Tech model ELS Panasonic speakers.
Good luck with your speakers upgrade James.

I sent a PM to 09TSXTech on 1Sep11 and he acknowledged receipt on the same day, but he has chosen to not reply to me or post the link here.
He is still active in the forum so perhaps he has been busy and will eventually reply to me, at which time I will host the PDF, if necessary.

I have tried a number of times without success on posting the pdf files as attachment, under posting rules I am not allowed to do so.
