2010 Acura TSX base
Good morning!
My name is Shelby Hill and I own a black 2010 Acura TSX base model. "Sexy Black" currently has just over 91,000 miles and I've owned her since mid 2011.
Recently my USB charger does not work for charging or listening purposes. It's like it does not even recognize my phone is plugged in and when it does randomly recognize my phone it will often tell me the device is not supported. I have an iPhone 6S with iOS 10.1.1 installed. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Bluetooth works just fine; however, I prefer to use the USB because it also keeps my phone charged.
Is the issue associated with my phone itself? With my car? Maybe wiring needs replaced? Is the technology in my car too old for the iPhone?
Any assistance would be appreciated. I'm ready to completely lose my mind. (this is usually just blamed on my ginger hair, but now I'm blaming Sexy Black)

Try using a new cord, lightning cable, whatever you want to call it. I had the same problem, got a new cord and been fine since then.
