What rims are these?
Hey guys, I got a bunch of questions that I want answered. Please help me with this decision.
There's a guy local to me who wants to trade his rims with me. His craigslist ad is here: http://chicago.craigslist.org/chc/pts/2088610875.html
Now, I can't seem to find any results on the internet for these rims. The center caps say Luxe, but I can't find these "Luxe" rims online after doing some searching through google. Can anybody confirm if these are actually Luxes or if it's just the center caps? Because I've seen a set of Lexani's that are very similar.
Also, has anybody heard of Luxe rims? How are they in terms of quality? Mostly 1 piece rims I'm guessing. Are they a luxury brand? Or decent? Or just plain crap?
And lastly, I got a question about fitment. So the specs for these rims are 19x8 +38. Now, I know the offset is pretty low for a 2g TL. What tires would fit without ANY rubbing if I'm lowered roughly 2 inches? Because I'm rubbing quite a bit right now with my current set which is 18x8.5 +43 with 245/40/18 (yes the tires are pretty wide. i'm guessing the rubbing issue would be gone if i got thinner tires).
THANKS A LOT GUYS!

and 19x8 +38 is easy to fit
run 215/35/19 and probably roll rears and shave tabs.
LOL you suck at google btw.
that was the first thing that came up. facepalm

+1 Don't really like the rims either, I would wait for something better to come around. But to help you out I have 19x8 +38 225/35/19 front, only rubbed on big bumps. Rear was 19x9 +38 225/35/19 and it rubbed alot. But than I trimmed the bumper tab, rolled fender and slight pull and now I only rub slightly on incline turns. I'm lowered on Tein SS with 1 finger gap all the way around.
