Recently picked up a set of 19x8 Volt Racing wheels, but the tires are shot, just massive dryrot all around. I got the rims for a pretty great price, now I'm in the market for tires, 225/35/19. Prefer all-season because of Duval, FL rain, but am open to all suggestions.

Tires I've used (but not in your size):

Yokohama AVID Envigor - These have been my favorite
Nitto Motivo - Current 3 season tires. Seem fine, but noisier than the Yoko's. Hoping for longer treadwear than the Yoko's - (I'm running Michelin X-Ice Xi3's right now).
Sumitomo (forget the model) - Not impressed.

Falken 615K, but those are just summer tires. I've gone thru 2 sets of them, but like how they handle. They are on my 02 Spec-V.

Solid, thanks for the suggestions! After talking to a few friends at tire shops, I may end up going with the Dunlop Direzza dz102. Anyone running/ran this tire?
