ingalls camber kit problem

Ok so I've lowered the car to about a finger gap from the fenders all the way around. Ive installed front and rear Ingalls camber kits and took it to get an alignment. The mechanic keeps telling me that the arms are the wrong ones and needs to be able to "make them shorter". Apparently my toe is way off and he cant shorten the arms so make the right adjustment. Anyone else have a similar problem like this? I tried finding a different set of arms with more adjustment but cant seem to find any. Any help is appreciated, please dont bash me for asking stupid questions but i need to figure this out ASAP.

Thanks
George

Any idea what the part number is for the ones you have? Maybe check the box they came in? These are the rear lower arms you would need. Ingalls number 38725.
