Easy to restore TLs wheels?

Could i fix with a Dremel?
Im interested in getting 17' 2003 tls wheels on my 2000 TL. I found these rims but they arent in the greatest condition. I csn restore them but is it possible to restore to orginal or close to orginal? I looked at those videos on how to restore and they paint the whole wheel but i want the orginal shine not a flatter silver. How much do you think they are worth? There asking 100$?

Multiple grades of sandpaper wet sanding etc will definitely do it . Im more worried about bends than the finish of the face though

you mean like if the edges of the rim are bent? How do i get the orginal look, it must be some kind of clear shine or something?

Clear coat

And I mean bends that would affect the sealing of the tire and balancing yes
