Yes if you turn off the wipers when the car is off then when you re start it the wipers stay off and will come on again if switched off. It is just that you can't turn them off until you plan to shut off the engine.

My guess would be that the wiper's switch needs checked closer for problems.

This one worked for me.
unfortunately i had this same one, and thought it would be a different one.
But its the same one in circulation "Protected by AR".
Does anyone have a different version or a password for this file?
the search sometimes does not work very well, as some of the words are not picked up by the OCR i guess.

I tried to download the dropbox file serveral times, (save target, new window, different browser, logged into my dropbox too, etc. and it always comes back with a 404 error.
