Hey haven't posted up in a while but here is the updated pics of my TL, Got the Oem kit, H&R springs (2") drop, 2004 TL wheels, 02 tails,18% titanium tints, blacked out headlights, blacked out grill,comptech exhaust and headers later this week. . Nice ride man! I dont know why people dont like the 3rd gen rims on the 2nd gen TL, I think it looks sweet. Dont know if I like the headlights though...

It's clean. Nothing that makes it "weird" our standoutish. Just all around good looking car. Performance mods now? ehheh

I'm surprised that the 3G TL wheels didn't rub.

Overall, very clean. I'll echo others' opinion and recommend 3A or Pilot exhaust tip to enhance the back of the car.

you know... just curious... maybe it's due to your headlights being blacked out ... but it seriuosly looks like your headlights are fogged up big time.

Anyone else have the same opinion?

I think clearing them would have looked better on the white body, but it still looks real sharp. All you need now are some 18"s CAI, and fog lights.

All in all, Phat-ass ride Boy.

thanks, the headlight have some presipitation on them, it was this morning that i took them. the wheels do not rub and i had some tips on there but i removed them i might get a different style and i dont think im doing any other engine mods. i hate the sound of the intake and might get 19's but thats it. Thanks for the compliments

Your car looks dope period. Dont listen to all the other ricers on here, luv the headlights, taillights, oem kit, looks low but not to low and I love the look of a nice clean white car... Only thing I would add is a nice set of 19" Volk wheels. Looks great...

Nice ride. Honestly just at a first glimpse I thought it was a third gen. I don't know why. I noticed the bit of water in the headlights, but the glare from painting the chrome outter peice black makes it look like water when it's not. Nevertheless badass TL and keep it clean.

hey thanks for the comlpiments, and you guys were right it is foggy headlights, only the drivers side is, it needs a reseal. yes i did take off the covers it looks better IMO.
and the tints ran me $180 and i dont have navi. but i dont think it interferes because my cousins have a 04' Maxima and 04' g35c w/ navi. and same 18% tint as mine and never had a problem and there tinted all the way around like me.

Well I think he bought this car the same reason alot of us did, Because its a classy, quite, luxury car... Not some 2000 Civic Si with a bolt on turbo kit that makes alot of noise and runs the quarter mile in the same time. I think he just wants a nice, clean looking family sedan that all of his friends can jump in and enjoy also. But I hope everyone enjoys there noise maker intakes, that no one spent anytime designing they just had to make it fit the car. When Im sure my friend Sean Powers for Honda Research and Development Americas Inc. spends over 100 hours of his time just designing the proper air intake, intake pipe, and resignator for one hell of a good reason. But once again someone out there swears that his $55 intake makes 2whp and everyone believes him. Just my opion I wouldn't buy an intake unless it cost over $200.

oooohhh ok nvm, i looked at it closer, very nice, i wanted to do that for sometime now, just dont know how the light will come out, do you think you can take a couple night shots with the headlights on so we could see how the light gets directed?

yes. and its only loud in VTEC too. other than the hissing at around 1500 RPM and cool air sucking noise u get when quickly tapping the gas, its unnoticeable in normal driving.

by removing the plastic cover in the headlight will mess up your beam patter. Someone did that awhile ago and said that the light distribution is terrible and they couldn't see jack shit at night.

Nice but IMO needs different wheels or wheels need a different finish. Nice to see them on a 2g to give people an idea though. Car would be so hot with some black chrome type of wheels. Other than than nice and clean which is good to see. Nice whip.

They look great on your car! What are the specs on the tire you had that didn't rub?

The body kit looks really nice too, where did you get that or do you recall the brand of it?

I know this is 10 years later...my 2g TL will have to last since I changed careers and went to med school lol.
