Nice video. Thank you for sharing.
Was a little bored Friday morning so I decided to stop by a local muffler shop to have them fabricate me this:
"Iphone Pix"
It's not as nice as the jpipe made by ATLP "sorry couldn't wait" but it was cheap and will have to do for now.
Here's a video of how it sounds with my 5zigen Fireball Mega Exhaust:
"Watch it in HD" ^____^

hey ambiguous,
do you know if the stock 17in rl wheels fit your big brake kit? or the 18in aspecs fit? or do i have to run wheels that clear that brake setup? cause i want to get those brakes but don't want to run nice wheels during winter.

Since this is your everyday car and its slammed like that, and the wheels are stretched, do you pretty much have to idle over train tracks, and how are the stretched tires on even small bumps, have you felt any vibrations or encountered and bends on the rims since you've had them? wanna go with the XXR521 but since they're staggered the rears are 10's and the guy at the shop didnt want to sell them to be because he insists they dont fit. i believe the offset was +32 and I think he just didnt want to put stretch tires on them.

Theres no camber adjustments on the RL. Its natural camber Forgot what it was though.
Thanks
No its actually not low enough for me. Wanna go lower. I drive normal with it and only worry for pot holes. That's it. Stretch tires is safer then you actually think. All me buddies in my crew stretch their tires because everyone ride with aggressive wheels.
Thanks

thank you for the advice, i ended up going with 10.5 in the back with the stretch...the ride is so much nicer, but i still drive extra careful even with little bumps just to be safe..Chicago roads suck and its construction everywhere so i have to detour just to avoid any bumps. but your right its actually not bad with the stretch and i love the aggressive look. I love the newer rims you have on there, that was one of my options but i ended up with the XXR 502. I regret the H&R because it doesn't look as low but i guess ill just put up with it until next spring since i just got them installed 3 weeks ago. post up pics if you do any more mods, your car is sick.

Just got a black/black 2006 Acura RL a few weeks back.
This is definitely serving as inspiration to me!
WOW.
I'm gonna have to research where to get all mods for this car cuz at first I thought there were no intakes, etc available...

Welcome to the forum Jose3031 and congratulations on your new ride. You will soon find out after doing research on this forum how addicting it is and prepare your money or credit cards because you will need it. Looking forward to see the upgrades you will be doing to your ride. Of coarse you will need to start your own thread. Once again welcome to the forum.

Why are you selling your RL? Seen it for sale today on ebay. Here's the link.

$38k and 340 hp? Man, I want what you're smoking.
It's also pretty funny to see that "more than $20k" was spent on mods, but your mod list adds up to a little over $19k and includes cheap tires.

Don't get me wrong. It's a beautiful car. Probably one of my top 3 favorite RL's. I can understand trying to get the most out of the sale but...your car blue books for $24,385. I know you paid a lot of money for the mods but that doesn't necessarily add value to the car. In fact, it quite often detracts from the value. I would be shocked beyond all belief if you got anything over $30k for this car. I would suggest returning it to stock, selling the mods and look at getting blue book value for it.

i'm pretty sure this guy's a scam artist. dude posts his car up for sale on cars.com for $20k with only 19k miles. thought it was too good to be true, but messaged him anyways. he's offering to ship the car from canada and that I pay through amazon. maybe i'm wrong, but this smells like the seafood aisle in a chinese supermarket lol.

He is a very poor artist if that is the case. But then again, most artists are never recognized in their time.

It's been awhile since I've been on acurazine.com and just wanted to add a little update! I've posted my RL for sale awhile ago on ebay.com and here on acurazine.com so for those of you who seen an ad of my RL for sale elsewhere is not me but someone who is trying to commit fraud. I've decided to keep the RL and add a few more mods. Yes, I did get a few offers above $32k for those of you who said it was over priced or not possible. I listed the price higher than what I'm willing to sell because from experience I knew many serious buyers would try to bargain for a lower price. Anyways, I like to thank those who has complimented my RL.

Everything was installed myself and some of the challenges I encountered during the install was the clearance issue up front. The front bag was too large in diameter so I had a fab shop shorten the front upper A arm bolt, relocate the hinges that connects to the upper A arm and have the firewall hammered in to free enough clearance for the bags to fit. Here are some quick photos I took.

just strait shuttin down the kb1 game!!!
it really has no competition here in the states imo. ive always wanted to bag my rl but, knew the front of mine would have the same rubbing issue, great to see someone go the extra mile and customize so it wouldn't be a problem. you have really taken this thing to the next level.
so glad you decided to keep the car, good luck with any future plans.
