Hm, I might have saw your car going down kwis, near Newton middle school. Correct me if I'm wrong, but a lowered black RL with exhaust on the opposite side caught my eye, and the rims were very similar to yours. I didn't pay attention if it had the Legend headlights though.

meaning his car only has rims and mufflers visually and it looks great! so it doesn't mean you have to buy everything there is to buy for the RL to make it look good - cars can look ugly when they have too much stuff.
