2005 acura rl

i have a 2005 acura rl, the battery died and since replacing battery my passenger side door lock does not work and the window will not move up or down. i tried reprogramming window on passenger side with no success. I can lock my car with the drivers master lock and the key fob. however i cannot roll the window up or down from either master window switch or passenger switch. I did some digging of my own and checked power to both switches, they both have power. any ideas?

is there a way to test the door lock actuator? i dont have the funds to just throw parts at this car. The wiring diagrams if im reading it right, shows a 70 amp fuse under the hood. If that blew it would knock out power to all doors and windows correct?

Can't be the actuator if the master switch can lock it. Sounds like you will have to take the door panel off and start checking voltages.

i have tested and found power at switches on passenger side. would a bad ground wire from the master switch cause the lock and window to not work but still have power to them?
