Yes, when I traded in my 2014 Tech for the 2017 Elite, I took my rear cover .

sorry to say the one for the 14 (thats what the guy said it was for) fit in the front OK - but the bar in the back was too wide - would have been a great deal for $40

This is the rear cover from my 2014, I took it from the deal and installed it in my 2017.... It fits just like it did on the 2014

the left side bar tab was too long, I think the base models are different, see how short they are on this one

Hard to tell from that picture as it looks like mine too. I would not think the base model would be any different than the Tech or Elite as you would think Acura would one one part fits all, however can't confirm that. What I can confirm is a 2014 Tech rear cover fits a 2017 Elite,
