Hello:

The MDX allows customers to purchase car with an anticollision warning system. The RDX offers no such option. I have been considering installing an aftermarket system. The system is producted by a company called Safe Drive Systems.

Has anyone had experience with this company or its products?

Does anyone know how it will perform for an Acura RDX 2014.

I am concerned about what it will do to the battery.

It's a nice feature to have but I wouldn't pay more than $200/installed for it.

According to their website, the product is recommended by the BBB and NHTSA.

I know that NHTSA does not recommend products and I've never heard of the BBB endorsing a specific product.

Lots of red flags here.
