Fender panel popped out

Fender panel popped out
Hi All-
2013 RDX. Not sure how, but the leading edge of my passenger side fender has popped out where it meets the bumper panel. I'm guessing I pulled in and bumped a snow bank. It looks like there is a line of tabs that would interlock into something that is in the seam, but I can't see. I can massage it back in but it doesn't stay. One of the tabs is bent but I would think it could still hold.
Does anyone know how this fastens? Do I need to remove the bumper and screw it in? Any help would be appreciated.

there is a "bumper tab" that connects or joins the plastic to the metal...this tab is fastened with a bolt
to inspect fender, it would be easiest to remove front bumper....which involves removing those "bumper tab" bolt anyway.
check youtube for bumper removal....all honda's are the same/relatively the same...if you removed one Honda Bumper, you can remove them all
