hi all, another little question for my acura friends. I own a 2013 RDX tech with the els system. I am looking to change my factory subwoofer and would like to change the amp that drives the sub as well. Was wondering if any of you know where i can find the factory amp that drives the factory subwoofer. I am pretty sure the subwoofer has its own seperate amp but seeing that the service manuals are no longer available (which really sucks) i am having a hard time finding information.
i appreciate all the feedback i can get.

Before you go through all this trouble. What's your reasoning? Do you feel there's not enough bass?

I felt the same but instead of changing out hardware I modified all my MP3 files by boosting bass level by +10db.

It helped a lot !!!! I used audacity software to do the above and then MP3gain to normalize the mp3s.

The bass ajustment is garbage. I took the side trunk panel off, removed the sub assembly to see the cubic foot volume of the 'sub box' and can barely tell that it is removed at the moment. That's how lacking it is. I used to drive around with 2 12" in the trunk of my old car. I listen to hip hop/rap and am not satisfied with the factory sub at all. I know by adding a high end 8" in the factory spot it won't compare to my 2 12"'s, but I am sure I'll be able to tune it to my likings.
