Gotta be a vacuum leak. Spray carb clean around all the gaskets you touched. If the revs stabilize, then you found the problem.
You can also block the IACV port on the TB to make sure its not the IACV. If the revs stabilize, its the valve.

been a while. I after the last post i went to work on the car after leaving it for a few days and the battery was completely dead. I had it out of the car for months when doing the valve adj. but had it on a trickle charger. For some reason i thought for sure the battery was toast and took the charger back off and had it tested at my dad's shop and recharged. Nothing wrong with the battery.
While it's out a see a tube not connected. Got that back on. Got the battery back on tonight and threw the blower back on. Started up fine. Went up and down the driveway and the revs started bouncing again but not as bad. Plugged the IAVC and the revs stabilized. FML.
Is there a way to try and unstick the valve in case it's not totally dead? I read somewhere about plugging a vacuum port like the PCV to try and pop it loose? Can't find that info again though.

You can remove the valves and spray carb cleaner to clean it out.

Took the TB off and sprayed carb cleaner in the IACV. It had quite a bit of built up carbon. Hit it with some air and threw it back on. Car idles normal again! I'm finally relieved that all my maintenance is done and the car is running again. I took a small video with my phone....let's see if this works.

Oh right, I owe you some pics. So I put on only the intake manifold gasket. The TB gasket threw off the alignment of the intake manifold elbow to the blower. As it sits now the alignment is still not perfect. The rubber coupling is pretty tight.

just some more pics. Needs a good wash and wax. I don't even think i'll paint the engine covers. I just want to enjoy the car for now. The dinoc interior isn't working and i'm going to rip it all out. I'll have to try and piece together new interior pieces to get it back to the OEM look (which is what i really want anyways).

So today i went to run an errand after work and the Acura no start. It had been sitting for 4 days. No lights were left on. I had my battery tested about two weeks ago and it was fine and held a charge. This happened before and i thought it was the battery, but now i'm thinking there is a draw somewhere that's draining the battery.
All i've done electrically is replaced the ballasts and bulbs with aftermarket units. Ideas?

I opened the port to the trunk and the light is off, so it's not that. I should mention that I did a valve adjustment.
I'm reading about testing the battery with a volt meter and pulling fuses to narrow where the draw is from.

Weak crank? Or does the crank sound normal? Have you checked for fuel and spark? Can you hear the fuel pump priming?

Next time it wont start, listen for the pump. It could be your main relay.

found this thread on the 3rd gen TL side on wheels that clear their BBK. They list 17x8 +35 RPF1's as clearing with a pic. So my 18x8 +35 should clear. I think i'm going to look around for some RL calipers.

i think i have a small leak where the camshaft bracket meets the head. There's a small rubber o ring there that i don't think is in the groove properly. Is there any silicone i can use there along with a new gasket to help give a better seal?
Going to the dyno once the humidity is gone here. Going to get a video of that.

Car looks good! still running strong? I like what you did on blower!
Rubber seal gets harden over time cause leaks. Once you install new o ring seal, you should be good. You don't need silicone, but when i have to apply silicone i use Rightstuff. Don't forget little lubricating new seal before you install.
