mike - I agree, aspecs and a slight drop would set that wagon off! It will likely never happen, but I've been drooling on some of the wagon builds on the TSX side, maybe I can talk her into it one day.

To everyone else, thanks for the comments!

Here's a picture to give page 5 something to show

One of the best looking CL's on this site! I wish mine was SSM, aspecs are my favorite choice on our cars to.

Thanks, appreciate the feedback Brandon.

DWPro, not sure on spacers, I have been happy as it is and not having to worry over bumps as much so I'll probably not do the spacers after all. If I did, probably would have started low 10-15mm range to test it out before going to 20-25+.

Finally got my new Brakemotive slotted/drilled rotors and new pads installed, will post a few pics later.

Only plans left are headers & cai. Holding out for Comptech ideally, but my lack of patience in waiting for a used set to come available and the low cost of XS headers and some users recent positive experiences with them has me thinking about XS.

Other than that, nothing else planned besides maybe a DDIN or tablet setup for audio/nav.

i ran xs on my old CL with no problems. The new ones look decent, maybe even better than what i had years ago. If they have the bend you should grab a pair.

I'd also love to do a tablet. how would those be powered? It would all be custom i'm guessing right? Although the double din surround would probably be the right size.

ya for a 2-3x savings over CT, XS seems worth a shot for only $260 and the recent postings look good. I think by May-June, I'll pull the trigger.

The tablet idea, no clue, not too knowledgable in audio, but a local friend and member here, chrtcy, does audio installs for a living so I'd have him do it. He has a DDIN to sell me, but I think a tablet will give me more options. I thought another member here (Karanx maybe or The Weez?) recently did this tablet swap and it looked great.

I never did get an answer though on this: for us with AC controlled through the factory NAV, how do you control AC fan speeds if you swap out the factory nav for a tablet? Like everything else...there must be an app for that, right? This was my primary concern, don't want to lose fan control speed functionality, especially in TX! I hope to learn more before I jump in and commit, hopefully by summer as well.

I really like the way your M5 spoiler looks on your car. Sporty, but subtle. Do you know what year(s) BMW this spoiler is. I saw one on ebay that looks similar and supposedly is for a 2001-03 M5. Thanks

Been a while, but sold the cl in August and ended up getting an '07 GS350. It was a 1 owner, no accident car w/ 56k miles and picked it up for only $20k. Since then I have installed BC Racing coilovers, SPC arms/ball joints front/rear, new 20x9 & 20x10.5 wheels from The K3 Projekt, a specialty wheel designer in FL.

Next up, caliper/rotor upgrades & F sport sway bar this year and I/h/e next year. Here's a few pics:

Very nice

I've always loved the brushed aluminum look of the gauges in the 3G GS.
