What type of dyno? That's pretty hard to believe just for those modifications. Let's say you're around 200 whp stock (which is being very generous). You've increased your wheel horsepower by nearly 30% with just a few bolt ons that many of us have done before with results roughly 20-25whp less than what you show.

I'm not being technical... just skeptical. His numbers are 30% higher than dozens of other dyno numbers that have been posted from similar mods.
Just wonder what type of dyno he used.

He used the same dynojet that I have been using my car on since last year. Who knows, he might have something extra but he got a new motor after his SC blew his other one up so this motor might be stronger.

Well I dont have the average set up for our cars, but based on what I was told my people who dynoed on that dyno with out kind of cars the dyno is fairly accurate but they said they have went elsewhere and got higher numbers. If you search this dyno section back to last year you will see that he posted a dyno before he put the SC on with the old motor and his numbers were way lower. The only mod that I see he has list now that he didnt have last year on the old motor is the test pipe so maybe thats where the power comes from.

FOR THE RECORD I DONT HAVE ANYTHING EXTRA THAN WHAT I LISTED. I HAVE NO REASON TO LIE ABOUT ANYTHING. MY BRAND NEW MOTOR DOES FEEL STRONGER THAN THE LAST THOUGH. PEOPLE ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO CHECK OUT THE RIDE IF YOU LIKE.

I'm not calling you a liar by any means. The numbers are right there to be seen. It's just the numbers don't line up with what they should be.
What was your baseline number?
What was your baseline number?

dyno run was in 3rd gear since 4th gear has a speed cut
Im not sure what you mean by baseline #. If you mean the # i was going by to see what gains were then it was 237whp and 202wtq with intake, headers, light weight crank, and IM spacers.
For this run I had all of that + the 2.5 inch exhaust and 2.5 inch test pipe.
What else could I possibly have done?
Only thing that I could think of that would help me yield more power was that when my block was destroyed Tischer Acura bought me a brand new bottom end and sent my heads off to the machine shop to have them freshened up. But that wasnt a performance job.

the dyno chart is uncorrected. if corrected by preferrably SAE or at least STD, it would be more accurate.
L's Tl, if you get the dyno file from your dyno shop on a thumb drive or something, dynojet has a website with a downloadable app that you can play with your dyno reading with corrections and different settings.
and theres nothing wrong with having a strong motor. it happens

247whp on an auto? I'll take it!..
I'm looking to get to the 250whp mark myself by the end of the year.
headers are coming in 2 days along with the pulley.
So i just need plenums, tb spacer and IM thermo gaskets... and OH the comptech exhaust....MMMMMM
then I should be right with you (I hope)
my motor's a youngin, was babied it's whole life. Wouldn't suprise me if she's still got the beans!

yep totaled, I was looking foward to seeing the comparison too as well as feeling it but oh well. Onto other things now, id get another TLS and do the the 6speed swap or even a CLS6 but I know its not going to feel the way my car did because I had a new motor. Time for something with some more power and two doors now
