going from 1st gen to second gen

Hi ive been on the first gen forums for the cl.. My current car is a 98 all the bolt ons.. was going to wait till February and switch to a 9th gen Honda accord 6-6, however i saw on craigslist a cls6 selling for $2500 few scratches in the paint, but comes with rl calipers extra rims and possible lowering kit. (the owner hasn't responded)

Now my question is should i jump on the cls6 since i can swap out my headers onto the new car plus the pulley's and have all the other goods that the previous owner has.. and safe a couple of thousand bucks for other things (mileage 125,000)

or

should i hold out for the accord and just go from there.

i do like the look of the accord way better than the second gen cl.. but i do understand this is a good product from everyone opinion that i read before..

so if anyone has driven both and has a good advice or any advice what i should do .. please respond.. thank you for your time guys!!!

headers probably wont fit. most of the other stuff should though.

the 9g accord is pretty similar to the cls6. the accord is a little nicer and slightly faster but lacks a real lsd like the cl has. plus the seats in the cl are better imo.
